The rooms are generally considered spacious and comfortable, and come equipped with a coffee machine and kettle, although some guests have noted the absence of a mini-fridge. Conveniently located, the hotel offers a shuttle to the parks, but many find the pleasant 15-minute walk through Disney Village alongside the river an appealing alternative.

Excellent Stay at a Themed Hotel!

The hotel's Wild West theme was very well done. It extended throughout the premises. The location was convenient. The parks were a short walk away. The room included a coffee machine and daily refills, appreciated. Staff members were very nice and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

The absence of a mini bar in the room was a slight inconvenience. It would be useful for storing drinks and snacks.

noticeable damage low pressure

the room itself looked tired (i mean, really tired). i saw some noticeable damage on the woody portrait. there were scuff marks on the floors too. i also noticed chipped woodwork and the room even had a strange smell, like maybe someone had an accident before. the lukewarm shower with low water pressure and the weak hairdryer were really not great.
