Excellent Stay at a Themed Hotel!

The hotel's Wild West theme was very well done. It extended throughout the premises. The location was convenient. The parks were a short walk away. The room included a coffee machine and daily refills, appreciated. Staff members were very nice and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.
The absence of a mini bar in the room was a slight inconvenience. It would be useful for storing drinks and snacks.

the maintenance colleague assisted us with the move to a new room. the breakfast buffet offers choices, even for picky eaters. the walk to the parks alongside the river is pleasant. the rooms are warm, clean, and spacious.
the hotel lacks a refrigerator in the room, which would be convenient.

the maintenance staff responded quickly to address issues in my room. they waited while i packed. positive interactions with staff members included added touches for children. the staff were very attentive.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the parks running frequently all day. luggage storage is available and i found it very helpful. This might be an issue for some.

noticeable damagelow pressure
the room itself looked tired (i mean, really tired). i saw some noticeable damage on the woody portrait. there were scuff marks on the floors too. i also noticed chipped woodwork and the room even had a strange smell, like maybe someone had an accident before. the lukewarm shower with low water pressure and the weak hairdryer were really not great.
